Order & Return Policy
**PLEASE NOTE – The coronavirus is affecting international carriers around the world, as well as causing longer processing times in the destination countries, thus affecting shipping times. Although most of our products are processed, shipped and arrive at the destination within our normal shipping times stated below, some orders may take longer than normally expected. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience caused, and remind you that all orders are tracked until they arrive at the final destination and all transactions are fully secure.
Orders & Shipment
All of our products are shipped from our facility on Curaçao, Netherlands Antilles, and can take up to 30 days to reach their destination once they are processed. You can be assured that we do everything in our power to get the items to you as quickly as possible, and you will find that in many cases you will receive your new items quicker than this.
In order to ensure minimum shipping times, please make sure all the shipping information you provide is correct and accurate. Dolphin Academy cannot be held responsible for items shipped to wrong addresses provided by the customers. Also, Dolphin Academy Curacao is not liable for damage that occurred during transport or any additional costs, such as customs duties, taxes, clearance-related charges, VAT or surcharges, upon collection or arrival of your product(s). These additional costs are for the customer and not for Dolphin Academy.
All of the orders have tracking codes, which are provided via email as soon as the products are shipped. In the case we can not ship an item with a tracking code, we will first attempt to contact the customer to get an approval.
Order Cancellation, Returns & Refunds
Orders can only be canceled prior to an order being submitted unless it is canceled with approval from an authorized Dolphin Academy representative. If you have a cancellation request, please email our customer service center through email@example.com.
Dolphin Academy reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason at any time after the order is placed. Also, Dolphin Academy makes no representations or warranties, either express or implied, of any kind with respect to products sold online.
PLEASE REVIEW YOUR ORDER CAREFULLY.
Once an order is submitted, the order is final, and no refunds will be made.
If the product that you receive isn’t what you ordered; please email us with your order number and a picture of the product(s) upon arrival to the following email firstname.lastname@example.org. Upon receipt of proof of the mis-shipped product, we will ship you the correct item.
Unfortunately, Dolphin Academy is unable to authorize any returns, including instore returns, for products that have already been ordered by the customer.
